Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our valued guests to the best of our abilities. However, please note that we have a cancellation policy in place for our transport, restaurant and other services. The following guidelines outline our cancellation policy:

1. Restaurant Bookings:

   a. Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel your restaurant booking up to 48 hours in advance of your reservation time without incurring any charges.

   b. Late Cancellation/No-Show: If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before your booking or fail to show up, a cancellation fee may be applied. The specific fee amount may vary from restaurant to restaurant and will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation.

   c. Group Bookings: For group bookings (typically defined as parties of six or more), a longer cancellation notice period may apply. Please check with the restaurant for their specific policy regarding group reservations.

   d. Exceptions: In the case of extraordinary circumstances or emergencies, please contact the restaurant as soon as possible to explain your situation. The restaurant may use its discretion to waive the cancellation fee.

2. Transportation Bookings:

   a. Cancellation Deadline: Transportation bookings must be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time may result in a cancellation fee.

   b. Late Cancellation/No-Show: Cancellations made within the 48-hour window or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee, which can vary depending on the transportation service provider.

   c. Exceptions: In cases of flight delays, unforeseen emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, please notify the transportation provider as soon as possible to discuss your situation and any potential fee waivers.

3. Gift Card Purchases:

   a. Refund Policy: Gift card purchases are generally non-refundable. Once a gift card has been purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded.

   b. Lost or Stolen Cards: Please treat your gift card as you would cash. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced, and any remaining balance on the card may be forfeited. 

   c. Expiry Date: Be aware of the expiry date on your gift card. Most gift cards have an expiration date, and any unused balance on an expired card may be void.

   d. Transferability: Gift cards are typically transferable, but it is advisable to check with the gift card issuer for their specific policy on transferring or gifting the card.

Please note that the specific policies may vary between different restaurants, transportation service providers, and gift card sellers. Always review the terms and conditions provided at the time of booking or purchase to ensure you are aware of the cancellation and refund policies that apply to your particular situation.
